It’s just now that I had the chance to look at your paper and I find it very interesting। You are in a unique position to provide information and insights on the subject from the physiological and medical point of view. I basically agree with your views and I’ll try as much as I can to provide explanation and insights from the side of physics. The paper is substantial and I’ll start commenting on a few of the points that you have raised. Our universe started with the chaos of the big bang but, as the consequence of the energy conservation principle in the broad sense, while initial configurations occur stochastically (I call this the stochastic complexity principle) only stable configurations remain and continue to acquire higher and higher order. This is at odds with the 2nd law of thermodynamics which may be valid locally but not globally. This also applies to the formation of the atom. Initially, some cluster of protons joined by connectors (negative quarks) form the nucleus of lightest isotope of an atom. The number of protons depends on initial conditions such as temperature and the density of proton in the neighborhood of its formation. Even this is stochastic in nature and the higher the attained order in the region of occurrence the less random it is. Then, by the flux-low-pressure complementarily principle, the coherent flux around the nucleus absorbs neutrons into the nucleus to form heavier isotope. It cannot absorb proton or electron because of the repulsion by the positive and negative quarks of the protons and their connectors. The motion of liquid poured on an inclined surface is regulated by the energy conservation principle. The liquid follows the path of less resistance since this is energy conserving. Every piece of matter is bombarded by cosmic waves from all directions and this bombardment accounts for Brownian movement in gas and liquid. Even rigid bodies including the cells of living organism are subjected to this bombardment that causes their normal vibration. The characteristic vibration of each cell is determined by its internal structure. I call this the field principle. This has medical application in the treatment of cancer since each cancer cell has its own characteristic vibration which can be determined by spectroscopy. Then radiation with the same characteristic can be generated that will resonate only with cancer cells of this type. Then they can be burned with no damage to normal cells. The genes generate brain waves that produce the tissues of the organism. They are activated on cue from the environment in the areas where they are supposed to convert superstrings to specific tissues. In the course of cell-division when the cell reaches the place where a specific organ is supposed to grow only the genes that will produce its tissues will be turned-on by the environment there. The rest will remain off and be eventually excreted. The non-coding materials that you mentioned spread into the different parts of the body, their distribution genetically determined to provide the specific conditions in the vicinity of the organs along with the hormones and enzymes that spread in the embryo. There is randomness in this process but its level diminishes as higher order sets in. Concepts are stored in the sensation regions of the cortex as neural network. Brain waves (encoded basic cosmic waves) from the sense organs induce dendrite interconnection to compose and vibrate specific neural network in the sensation regions of the cortex. Sensation is felt with this vibration which, in turn, project brain waves (observed as sparks between tips of neural dendrites). The concepts are stored as specific vibration characteristics of this network. When the signals stop the network reverts back to its normal or residual vibration. When it is hit by cosmic waves of suitable intensity it vibrates with the characteristics peculiar to the stored concepts. Then the individual recalls the concert. The bombarding cosmic waves may come directly from the cosmos (which triggers spontaneous thought) or from the creative-integrative region of the cortex at the middle on top of the brain which has the ability to direct cosmic waves through concentration. Consciousness is nothing but the residual vibration of the neurons in the cortex due to the impact of cosmic waves. A knowledge system and its values and logic consist of specific interconnected encoded neural network centered in creative-integrative region. Mutation is the result of alteration of the genes due to chemical agents or cosmic waves. An organism has also the capability to genetically encode new characteristics. Maybe we can write a paper together on a topic we can agree on. My original paper on the theory of intelligence appeared in the Indian Journal of Pure and Applied Mathematics, Vol. 32 (or 33), No. 10 (or No. 1), 2003(?).
