Open Your Eyes!!

What is it?
This restless quest towards veracity…
Where there will be no place for irrationality;
This never ending struggle for epitomes…
Which will glorify every soul;
This constant skirmishing to freedom…
Where restraints cease to exist;

Is it the absolute intelligence?
Reflected in these aspirations…
Willing to break the constraints
Crafted out of imperfect logic

Or is it the absolute insanity?
Out of frustration…
Of not being fit within
And not being able to quit

Is it
Insanely intelligent
Or intelligently insane
But it is interesting…
How often these traits coincide
How wonderfully they excite

What is intelligence?
Is it disproving all that understood?
Or is it dismissing all that seen?

What is insanity?
Is it not admitting what is understood?
Or is it not accepting what is seen?

If intelligence is that which ushers to the truth,
What is truth exactly?
If insanity is that which drives away from truth,
What is not truth exactly?

What do you say if I ask you,
“Who are you?”
“I am human”
Answer most of us
Perhaps intelligent
But still insane
If you realize
What you exactly are
I may sound lunatic
But, tell me my friend
What you really are

Science tells me
That you are made of chemicals
A list so vast that you can’t remember
Philosophy tells me
That you are a combination of soul & body
A relation impossible to comprehend
Evolution tells me
That you are a part of evolutionary sequence
A chain with many missing links

My friend…
Here is the answer
The problem is with us
With what we know
And how we understood
One truth today
Is not a truth tomorrow
And how do you expect
Anything to be clear
When your sight is obscure
In the first place

I say my friend
That you are you
I am I
And the world is world
It was there
It is there
And it will be there
You and I and everyone around
And the whole creation
Are nothing different from it
We are part of it
Then why this You and I
This and That and Here and There

Our vision has to change my friend…
Should we change
Being humans
Should we try to change
What ever in nature
We change ourselves…
Should we realize
That we are nature’s
Integral parts
But just not spectators…

We will my friend…
One day
Some day
Or some other day
Will deliver ourselves
From this bliss
Of our hunger for knowledge
Which never gives us satiety

What we need now is… my friend
Not revising volumes of data
Nor it is compiling volumes
With our so called
Experiments and analyses
Discussions and derivations…
It is very simple my friend
Let’s just open our eyes…
For just once
What we need is wisdom
Which we had been forgetting
